Concepts of Practical Nursing-Lifespan II

This course builds on the concepts learned in LPN 120 and LPN 125. The student acquires the knowledge, and is introduced to the practical nursing skills that are necessary to care for patients with disorders related to: endocrine, hematology, lymphatics, urinary, anti/intra/postpartum and newborn care, reproduction, immunity and neurosensory. The client with cancer is integrated throughout the unit. Course topics are presented in conjunction with lifespan considerations.
